Kihaku Karate Club runs Junior and Adult, all ability classes weekly during term times.

Sensei Paul Edwards 2nd Dan Friday's

Sensei Mark (Biff) Shaw Started training in 1976 at the age of 14 and started teaching in 1985 and has run a club in some capacity since this date.

Sensei Paul Edwards has competing at a National level winning a bronze in 2008 for Mens Team Kumite in Nottingham. Paul has been Sensei Shaws Senior Instructor for many years and is now pleased to be running Kihaku Karate Club on Friday evenings.

Classes are structured to involve learning karate and helping to create team building skills for all children with a fair bit of humour and fun thrown in. :-)

Adult classes consist of 13 years old upwards and are structured to help develop key skills in all aspects of karate and improving the fitness levels of all students. The major criteria of classes involves partner related combat skills where students exercise at a pace other than their own, which makes for high energy input.

Free! first training sessions, for new members, at all of our S.W.I.K.O Dojo's (Karate Club’s). 
Please Note:
 S.W.I.K.O Licence must be applied for after first free training session.
